RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 7 days. To receive a full refund of the purchase price on damaged merchandise, merchandise must be returned within 7 days from receiving date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item needs to be returned for any reason, send us an e-mail (biblesforever@gmail.com) for a return authorization number (RA#) within the 7 days. All returns will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.
Books must be returned in clean, re-sellable condition, free of all dealers’ markings, labels, and sticker residue. Electronic and digital media (such as DVDs, CDs, CD-ROMs) must be returned in unopened, original packaging. Kits must be complete and returned with no components missing. Out of print or discontinued titles will neither be credited nor returned.
Non-returnable items are Gift Cards, Downloadable Software Products, Some Health Personal Care Products, and anything perishable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These are books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refund on merchandise that is returned because "You changed your mind" is subject to 20% restocking fee.
We will not accept returns of Holy Water or Holy Oil products.
It is recommended that you include any return reference number on your packing slip as well as on the exterior of each carton. Multiple cartons/pallets in a single return must be marked “1 of 3,” “2 of 3,” etc. A packing slip must be enclosed in carton “1,” and the carton must be marked, “Packing Slip Enclosed.” Packing Slip should include your account number and account name. Cartons must not exceed 40 lbs. Pallets must not exceed 57” high (including pallet).
RETURN DISCOUNTS
Trade books returned with a copy of the invoice will receive full credit. For trade books with insufficient information provided, Bibles Forever will endeavor to match the products to invoices; if this cannot be done, they will be credited at 46%.
Product lines not on a tiered-discount structure (like Church Supplies, VBS, Curriculum and Bulletins) will receive the same discount given at purchase.
RETURNS DEADLINES FOR DATED MATERIALS
Failure to meet these deadlines will result in no credit being issued and no product returned.
Vacation Bible School returns must be postmarked by September 15th of the current year produced.
Dated curriculum must be postmarked within 30 days of its final session:
Spring Quarter Return Deadline: July 1
Summer Quarter Return Deadline: October 1
Fall Quarter Return Deadline: January 1
Winter Quarter Return Deadline: April 1
REFUSED GOODS
If the order does ship out, and you do not want the items, you can refuse the shipment with UPS. DO NOT open the box(es), and tell the UPS driver you refuse the shipment. UPS will then return the box(es) to us. If you refuse a shipment, be aware that the shipping charged on the order will not be refunded to you, and you will also be charged a 20% restocking fee for the items in addition to costs of labor and freight charges. In other words, your refund will be the amount remaining after these additional charges have been taken off. This refund will be issued when the shipment is received at our warehouse.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at biblesforever@gmail.com .
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To ensure excellent service, orders are readied for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.
INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED & NON-DELIVERABLE ORDERS
UPS offers an Intercept Service to correct packages that have been shipped incorrectly The fee for Intercept Service is $12.00 per box. Customer service fee is a one time fee of $4.00. Not all Intercepts are successful and there is no charge for failed attempts. Call UPS at their customer service number to get this done. You will most likely need the tracking number you were given.
If orders are returned as undeliverable or refused, merchandise credit is less a 20% restocking fee and return freight cost. Outbound shipping is non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at biblesforever@gmail.com. Please report this within 7 days.
DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Claims for damaged or missing merchandise are accepted once per order. Please report any damages or shortages to Customer Service (biblesforever@gmail.com) within 7 days of order delivery. It is important to inspect all of your merchandise before submitting a claim, as amended or second claims are not accepted. On all damaged and defective returns, please include a description
of the damage or defect. Please keep all original packing materials in the shipping carton, inner carton and all packing materials for freight company's inspection when shipping damages occur. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, and overages only.
To Report a Damaged or Missing Item: Email biblesforever@gmail.com within 7 days, and include:
•A digital photo of the damage
•Order number
•Item number
•Your preference for a replacement, refund, or store credit
The replacement/refund will then be issued after we have received the damaged item.
If you do send photos, keep all packing materials for damaged items just in case we still need them returned.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, damaged or missing merchandise is eligible to receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, other than the applicable return shipping charge.
In the event that a shipment from us has external damage, please sign for the shipment as “damaged” and keep the box for the shipper's inspection.
RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO BE RECEIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE, UNAUTHORIZED PACKAGES ARE REFUSED.
Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Customer Service (biblesforever@gmail.com) not later than 7 days from receipt of the item(s). Please include your order or invoice number. Please write the RA# on your package that you are returning; multiple boxes should be labeled box “_ of _.” Merchandise damaged by inadequate shipping packing will not be refunded. Packages not authorized for return will be refused. If an item is returned without any advance notice, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Boxes Used to return product should be no larger than 34x37x10 (Exception: Large boxes used for oversized items delivered by freight carrier). All returns will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. Credits must be redeemed within 6 months of issue date. Please allow up to two weeks for your account to be credited. Some book titles have a final return date; email biblesforever@gmail.com for specific deadlines.
OVERSTOCK RETURNS
The Overstock Returns system is available for returnable items ordered in error or items you no longer need. Overstock Returns will be credited at 50% off the retail price for standard discount books, including low price point (less than $3.00 retail) items. Short-discount books will be credited at purchase discount plus 10% penalty off list price. We will process the returns and issue a credit memo to your account. We reserve the right to send back, at your expense, all products returned to us in un-saleable condition.
We reserve the right to credit, add additional penalties, or refuse returns that exceed 10% of your purchases during the preceding 12 months. We also reserve this right if you utilize returns to pay past due invoices, as opposed to sending cash payment.
Eligible overstock products include books, Bibles, DVDs, and CDs.
The product(s) must be in brand-new, resalable condition and free from any dealer markings. (Please, no yellowed pages, stickered copies, or products that look shelf-worn.)
Products must have been purchased from us within the last 24 months. Any returns after 12 months will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the retail price.
Credit will not be given for products damaged by newspaper ink or by other improper shipping methods.

We are required by publishers to desticker any quality book with a sticker that includes any reference to a store name. All stickers removed will result in a $0.15 per sticker removal fee.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If shipment is not received, proof of delivery may be required. Therefore, we encourage you to insure the return.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We reserve the right to return unacceptable products back to you with a fee of $5 per box. Should the product value be negligible, you may designate that it be donated to charity instead. In the case of an overstock return with partial damage, a 20% fee will be applied based on retail value.

If your returns exceed 50% of your purchases in the past 12 months, a 10% refund fee applies.

PACKING TIPS
Start with a solid, undamaged box, one that is not too large to handle the weight of books; 50 lb. limit.
Place heavy or large products in the bottom of the box.
Do not use newsprint; the ink will damage the books.
Lay books flat with the spines to the outside, allowing room for side or center packing material. Avoid placing anything with a sharp edge where it might push into the pages.
Place fragile products on top and in the center. If necessary, use a box within a box.
Leave room at the top for packing material. When the box flaps are closed, it should be a snug fit. There should be no shifting if you tilt the box back and forth.
Note: Use sufficient packaging material as to avoid damage; product not in saleable condition will not be credited.
